Situated along the coastline of the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf, the Jumeirah Beach District is considered one of the most exclusive areas of Dubai.
Golfing Holidays
The world famous Emirates golf course is only a 10 minute drive from the apartments. 4 other courses are within a 20 minute drive.
The Walk - Shopping & Restaurants Galore
Just below our apartment, within a short walking distance, is what is known as 'The Walk'. The Walk is close to the beach, pedestrian friendly and offers a wide variety of restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities.
At the last count there were over 50 restaurants catering for all tastes, including Arabic, Lebanese, Thai, Indian, Italian, American, Tex-Mex, Seafood, Japanese, Turkish, Russian and many many more.
Swim with the Dolphins
As we are so close to the beach, there are many water based activities available - Swimming, surfing, sailing, paragliding, diving, wind-surfing and water skiing. One of the most popular by far however, is the rare opportunity to swim with the dolphins.
